Stuck in a snowstorm is bad. Stuck in a snowstorm with the ex-boyfriend you sort-of, kind-of betrayed is even worse. Add a mysterious critter prowling outside and the kooky antics of WPRV, the Most Haunted Radio Station in the USA, and it’s a spooky Christmas like no other.
I will be sharing Morasco’s Gift Goodies with you this season.
‘Tis the season to all…and to all a goodnight!
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and Eleanora Pacelli has more on her plate than ever, and when her grandmother takes a nasty spill late one night, Ellie’s plate goes from full to overflowing. She finds herself starting to feel a bit overwhelmed as she tries to nurse her precious Nonna back to health, in addition to performing her usual tasks at the pizzeria. When her grandmother returns from the hospital, she surprises Ellie with something that could change her life forever.
Just when it begins to seem that things can’t possibly get worse, a tragic death occurs at Papa Pacelli’s. Ellie and her best friend witness a horrific act, and realize that both of their lives could be in danger. Will they find the killer before the killer finds them?
I am so excited to reveal the talented Carolyn Q. Hunter’s latest Diner of the Dead release…
When Thanksgiving rolls around, Sonja Reed is excited to accompany her significant other, Sheriff Frank Thompson, to visit his family on their ranch in rural Wyoming. The busy diner owner is looking forward to a relaxing vacation away from the flurry of holiday activity at the diner, and from the seemingly endless supernatural activity in her home town.
The amateur sleuth soon realizes her dreams of escape are futile, however, when a mysterious ghost on horseback seems dead set on stalking her. With an unexpected and somewhat bloody murder case thrown in the mix, Sonja finds herself in the midst of perhaps the oddest holiday vacation she’s ever encountered.
The Secret of Crickley Hall is a BBC television adaptation by Joe Ahearne of the 2006 supernatural thriller novel of the same name written by the British author James Herbert.
The series presents two parallel dramas. The main storyline, set in 2006, follows the events of the Caleigh family who rent Crickley Hall because Gabe Caleigh (Tom Ellis) gets a short contract in the area; the other is a series of flashbacks following events in 1943 when orphans – who have been evacuated from London during World War II – are living at Crickley Hall.
Gabe Caleigh, his wife Eve, and their children, Loren, Cameron and Cally, live in London. One day Cam goes missing. Eve falls asleep for a few seconds at a playground and he simply disappears. Eleven months later, Gabe suggests relocating the family in the north of England, near the east coast in the hope that a change of scenery will give Eve some comfort, as she clings to the hope that Cam may still be alive.
